Charlie not only is the co-owner of Diversified Plumbing, he also is a plumber, a profession he finds fun and educational. Along with organizing projects, Charlie also enjoys finding a way to do something that people say can’t be done. For instance, he recalls one customer who called DPH for a second opinion. They had initially talked to a different plumbing company that told them that all of the pipes under their floor were broken and rotted, and they would gladly replace them to the tune of $15,000. Charlie took a look and fixed the broken pipes for a few hundred dollars. Needless to say, Charlie is a big fan of second opinions! He also is an advocate of running water while running the garbage disposal, and reminds his residential customers to do so. As for his commercial clients, he asks them not to ignore a leak because a small leak turns into a big leak, and a small leak is much easier and less expensive to fix than a big leak. When not at work, you can find Charlie hunting, fishing, skiing, snowmobiling and/or hanging out with family and friends.
